DESIGN INSPIRATION/ARTIST STATEMENT: This block was renamed in honor of William Dorsey Swann, an LGBTQ+ activist who popularized the term drag queen.
LESSONS LEARNED: How to create eye-catching traffic calming murals while accommodating and “fitting in” to a historical district
